Tom Ryan

Mr. Tom Ryan

SyENERGY’s founder, Mr. Tom Ryan is a mechanical engineer with over 24 years experience in industrial eco-efficiency and the commercialization of new technologies in the environmental field and in the energy, paper and equipment manufacturing industries, with a focus on project development and process design. He is one of Canada's leading experts in environmental, economic and social performance metrics and pollution prevention. He had a key role in the development and deployment of the Enviroclub initiative, working closely with three federal government agencies (Environment Canada, Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions and National Research Council Canada - Industrial Research Assistance Program) to assist manufacturing companies in the implementation of eco-efficiency projects. Mr. Ryan has extensive experience leading feasibility studies and managing projects in partnership with industry, equipment suppliers, construction companies, engineering firms and government bodies from many countries. He has held positions in marketing, project management and regional operations management for the Norwegian conglomerate Kvaerner. He has also been Project Engineer for an Australian forest products company and Plant Manager for Wulftec International, a Quebec based machinery manufacturer.

Mr. Frédéric Coget holds a masters degree in management from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management (Belgium) with a concentration on entrepreneurship. He has been a sales professional at OpenERP, the leader of Open Source Business Applications and Assystem, a European engineering consulting company, where he was charged with business development for the sale of engineering services and the development of strategic partnerships with companies such as GSK, Alstom and Baxter.

Vladimir Rabinovitch

Mr.Vladimir Rabinovitch is an electrical engineer with over 25 years experience in developing and implementing manufacturing processes, environmental, energy efficiency and productivity improvement projects in wood processing industries. Mr. Rabinovitch has extensive experience in project management of industrial projects in partnership with local utilities and government organizations: Toronto Hydro; Power Stream, Enbridge; Ministry of Natural Resources, SME SMART program, National Research Council IRAP program. He has held management positions in manufacturing and is a seasoned project manager.

Mourad Hadoui

Mr. Mourad Hadoui
Project Technician
Mr. Mourad Hadoui has 7 years experience as an electromechanical technician, including 5 years with the National Railroad Service of Morocco and 2 years in Material Handling Systems at Canada Post in Montreal. He is currently working on the completion of a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Sherbrooke.
